We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• United Kingdom: 2-4 business days
• European Union: 5-7 business days
• International: 7-14 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over £50 within the UK.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide
4. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
